Course title: Constitutional Dialogues in Legal English
Start date: 1 March (15‑week program)
Location: Melbourne Law School with weekly full‑day sessions and online dialogue with MIIED students in Afghanistan.
Commitment: One full day per week for 15 weeks; from Week 4 onward each day will conclude with an online meeting 3:00–5:00 pm AEST. Applicants must ensure no timetable clashes for the full program.
Who should apply
Open to MIIED Legal Education students and Melbourne Law School students interested in comparative constitutional law, legal English, cross‑cultural legal dialogue, and collaborative course design. Participation is limited to 4 MIIED students and 4 Melbourne Law School students.
English language requirement
Required level: Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (CEFR B2) or equivalent.
Acceptable evidence: recent language test score or certificate (for example IELTS, TOEFL, or an institutional language certificate), or a brief written statement confirming equivalent experience and ability to participate in academic discussions and drafting in English. Applicants must confirm their English level in their statement of interest and attach any supporting evidence if available.
