Foawziah Naseri

Foawziah Naseri is a Computer Science expert, researcher, and educator with extensive experience in academia and industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIMT Management College, India, and subsequently joined Herat University’s Faculty of Computer Science, where she contributed to teaching, research, and curriculum development. She later pursued her Master’s and Ph.D. at the Technical Universität of Berlin, Germany, supported by prestigious DAAD scholarships, and enriched her academic experience with a fellowship at the University of Hawaii, USA.
Foawziah has held leadership roles, including Dean of Computer Science at Herat University, and currently serves as a Lecturer at UCA University, where she continues to inspire students and advance research. Her professional experience spans Data Science, Backend Development, and Research, demonstrating versatility and technical expertise.
In addition to her academic work, Foawziah actively contributes to the tech community as an organizer for GDG Herat, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing. Passionate about interdisciplinary learning, innovation, and leadership development, she leverages her expertise to drive impactful research, support student growth, and contribute meaningfully to technology initiatives worldwide.
