Islamic Banking and Finance

This is the first certificate program in the Islamic banking and financial system, based on the approach of Islamic banking and financial laws in Afghanistan. This program acts as a stepping stone to open the path of more specialized studies, improves the work capacity of bank employees, and provides access to possible jobs in Islamic banking. At the same time, it helps to become more specialized in the knowledge and skills related to Islamic financial products and services.

• Duration: This certificate program spans one year, divided into three quarters, and Each quarter consists of four subjects
• Teaching Languages: The teaching language is English, while part of the lectures and educational resources are also provided in Arabic, Farsi/Dari, and Pashto.
• Teaching Approach: MIIE has designed a quarterly online education program that provides subjects using the Full Synchronous Approach over 12 weeks of courses. In this method, instructors and students participate in an online education environment simultaneously, based on the criteria of the Learning Management System (LMS). The experiences sharing of beneficiaries and completing research projects are part of this learning program.
