About Me
Ahmadullah Amin is an experienced educator and international professional with a strong background in law, political science, and global procurement systems. His multicultural perspective informs his role with Mother International Institute of Education (Australia) in international education development and networking.
Mr. Amin is deeply committed to education, institutional development, and international cooperation as demonstrated in his 13+ years of professional experience across higher education, public administration, humanitarian organizations, and international consultancy.
Mr Amin is an active researcher and author whose published works cover topics in international relations, procurement risk management, humanitarian law, and political economy.
Mr. Amin’s academic qualifications include LLM in Law and Political Science (International Relations) and LLB in Law and Political Science (Diplomacy and Administration and Certificate Program in Policy Analysis, and numerous international certifications in procurement, public policy, and governance from institutions including the World Bank, UNDP, and ISM.
Professionally, he has held senior positions in international organizations and government institutions, including the National Procurement Authority of Afghanistan (2014–2021), where he spearheaded procurement reform initiatives that managed multi-billion-dollar development projects in partnership with the World Bank, UN, ADB, USAID, and the Government of Afghanistan.
In 2021–2023, he worked with the International Rescue Committee in humanitarian supply chain management, ensuring critical medical and emergency aid delivery during crises, and in 2023–2025) with Meena Business Consultancy Services leading international business development and procurement operations across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
He is fluent in English, Dari/Persian, and Pashto, with working proficiency in French and Urdu.
